ExpectationsManagement Impact: Solving People Problems & Improving Performance is a management training and development program that provides managers with an understanding of the principles and techniques of effective management AND an opportunity to master practical application methods. There are two primary components in the Management Impact program – an education component and an application component.

The Education Component

The first step for participants in the Management Impact program is to complete four self-study, online courses:

These courses teach the core principles and techniques of effective management and provide the framework for the application workshop that follows.

The Application Component

The second step for participants in the Management Impact program is to take part in a three-hour application workshop. The focus of the workshop is translating concepts into practical application.

SaleIn the workshop, participants identify their current, real-world management challenges – the people problems and performance issues of greatest concern. Then, with the help of the group and the facilitator, participants develop action plans for solving the most pressing people problems and improving performance where it matters most.
