Management Impact: Solving People Problems & Improving Performance is a management training and development program that provides managers with an understanding of the principles and techniques of effective management AND an opportunity to master practical application methods. There are two primary components in the Management Impact program – an education component and an application component.
The Education Component
The first step for participants in the Management Impact program is to complete four self-study, online courses:
- The Foundation of Management
- Coaching for Performance
- Reward & Recognition
- Time Management for Managers
These courses teach the core principles and techniques of effective management and provide the framework for the application workshop that follows.
The Application Component
The second step for participants in the Management Impact program is to take part in a three-hour application workshop. The focus of the workshop is translating concepts into practical application.
In the workshop, participants identify their current, real-world management challenges – the people problems and performance issues of greatest concern. Then, with the help of the group and the facilitator, participants develop action plans for solving the most pressing people problems and improving performance where it matters most.
Program Structure and Pricing
Management Impact is offered for a one-time fee of $3,500.00. This fee includes:
- Access to online all courses for an unlimited number of your managers for up to one year.
- One application workshop. There is no limit to the number of participants. However, please note that optimal results occur with no more than 15 participants per workshop.
- A printed copy of the book, The Wisdom of the Flying Pig: Guidance and Inspiration for Managers and Leaders for all workshop participants.
- A PDF version of the book, The Wisdom of the Flying Pig: Guidance and Inspiration for Managers and Leaders for all of your managers.
